Sunny Side Up in Frankfurt

Was very happy with my visits so far, BUT after last one I am very disappointed. I ordered hot lemonade (3.5 eur) and got just hot water with slice of lemon.. was expecting a bit more ;) Next time coffee only.

To go products are offered and the radiant heaters are on, so that you don't get too cold while waiting in line. As always it was delicious

A nice café in the city. The food was always delicious and the staff friendly. I think it's good that you can't make reservations here. First come first serve. But with a little patience you can get a place. I'm looking forward to when the lockdown is over and we can eat out again.

Yummi deli and healthy!

I lived here. Pancakes are quite delicious when served with fresh fruit and syrup. Especially what I like is that the food or drink is beautifully decorated. I went back many times to drink the juice. They are very delicious.

Overrated, too expensive and the food is meh !

Pancakes and Price The price of 10€ + for 3 little pancakes with some banana is really though in my humble opinion. Although the fruit was fresh and the pancakes tasted okay - not as praised as I would expect from the reviews here. (3/5) Location Location is very central and the cafe has a decent hipstery vibe. It’s cozy in some parts, but a little too many white, clean walls on the other side. (4/5) Staff Really nice and relaxed staff. (5/5) Prices Going there with a friend ordering 2 dishes and 2 coffees lead us to a bill of 30€ -> value for money. (3/5) Dishes The other dishes (which I did not try - but saw on other people’s plate) were much bigger and had a more vast variety than the pancakes - so definitely go for those ! All in all, it’s a nice cafe ! Great staff and a place to have a quick stop over ! Definitely a go to, if you take my points into consideration.

There's a lot of love in here. The service is very friendly. You get a really delicious breakfast. I love to come here for breakfast.

California-style healthy breakfast. Also prices like California too...not cheap. Regardless, the space is cute and the coffee is good but nothing special about the food in my opinion. But if you're looking for a healthy option, then this will be fine .

I love this cafe and keep coming back here. So it makes me all the more angry when I see how some here believe they have to write reviews that certain hygiene regulations are not being observed. I've been here at different times over the past few months and I've always felt comfortable. The distances are kept very well and the tables are disinfected. Such people should just stay at home or take the delicious things to go instead of publicly making false claims;) To the great team: keep it up!

Super delicious breakfast menu with something for every taste. The staff is always very friendly, courteous and polite. At the weekend you have to expect longer waiting times, but it's worth it! Here we cook, bake, prepare and serve with a lot of love! The location on Opernplatz is very central and easy to reach from anywhere. Always happy to come!

Brunch Restaurant It's really delicious and the plating is pretty Good at English It's famous as it's delicious, so it's time to go to the opening hours.

Opens from 9 am, delusions breakfasts; if you come at 9-9.15 am you are lucky to get a place inside; after 9:30 it gets very crowd. During corona time it looks dangerous ? there is no air ventilation and tables are close to each other.

+ very friendly staff + we didn’t have to wait long to get a table + the food was very good - the prices are exaggerated - for 10,90€ I expected a good amount of pancakes, but it were just 3 little pancakes was my first time there and probably my last one

I took a green shakshuka, with peas and grated zucchini, somewhat tasteless. Shakshuka is served with hummus and flat cakes. Hmm, for an amateur. I have no desire to try it again. A friend took pancakes, order with them) There were a lot of people at 9.30 am, but you can find a place.

For a good start in the morning. We got that sunshines on our tables with Latefredo, smoothiebowl and avocadotoast. Seevice is very friendly but it is also a bit expensive.

Amaazing food.! The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress is always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get a brunch.

Nice fresh food, healthy ingredients and great taste

Very nice, bright and modern facility. The menu is super innovative, not the usual bread with sausage and cheese breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the food was there quickly and not only looked great, but also tasted fantastic. Absolute breakfast recommendation.

The bathrooms are discriminatory!!! Female and Male bathrooms are separated, really confused me, and was very uninclusive for a lot of people. The restaurant does not address real world trans issues, and therefore deserves a review no higher than 1 star. What a shame

Hello my love Anyone who knows me knows that I am an absolute gourmet, also because of my job I attach great importance to fine cuisine the price is mostly secondary for me if the food is right. By chance I saw this shop online. I have to say the dishes we had, that was e.g. the green shakshuka, a bagel the pancakes and the extraordinary drinks my focus is on the chai latte beautifully presented in different colors blue yellow green. You can take nice photos of your food, it is set up in the same way as the Cafe Buur in Cologne, where we were two weeks earlier. Super nice ambience for blogging and instagram. my conclusion super nice café the food was on point means it had exactly the right temperature which is very important to me. I only wish for two spicy dishes then I would be satisfied. Kind regards Hinda bell

Delicious healthy breakfast , amazing service and definitely one of my favourite places for breakfast in Frankfurt. I got the avacado bread with egg. I would recommend it. The only advice go early on the weekend otherwise be ready for long waiting times.

Good pancakes but i almost died in my breakfast, i ordered it without banana and how i was surprised to see that was inside, my throught hearts really sadly because of that ☹️ But hopefully nothing bad happened, the next Time please listen to customers recommandation ?

Unfortunately, I cannot judge how the food is there. You can't make a reservation, on Sundays you wait three quarters of an hour outside in the shade until you are led to the table, then another quarter of an hour until the food order is taken, etc. Inside, the people are so tight that it is not so far with protection from Corona can be. Before we starved, we'd rather walk a few streets further ...

I especially like this cafe. At that time, I was doing an internship nearby, and I often ordered a cup of coffee or hot tea during my lunch break and had a warm drink sitting in front of the window. Never had a chance to eat breakfast. luckily, I stayed nearby for a day recently and ordered pancake to takeaway , which everyone loves. Excellent! I like it~! highly recommended! One of my favorite Café in Frankfurt!

Super delicious coffee and I don't even want to start with the acai bowl and the bagel. Really healthy and delicious food! I can only recommend. I am there often and with pleasure.

Super pancakes - and btw, also cappuccino was very good. Location is very cozy but crowded, so after 10:00 you might stand in line to get seated.

Nice ambience. It is decorated in a nice summer atmosphere. Staff is friendly. I didn't find the food that special. It looked very tasty ... but the taste was okay. Try something different next time.

Very nicely decorated, open and bright. I have been here several times and because it is very crowded, you sometimes have to wait a long time until a place becomes free. The food is good and nicely presented on the plate to match the decor. I also like the drinks without coffee here, the turmeric latte was delicious here!

A rare treat to find such a place that has delicious food and customer focused service. Like many other reviewers have said the pancakes are exceptional and made with whipped marscapone for a truly indulgent and fluffy texture. Iced coffee also available.

Overall good place but the dishes are quit basic and small. Most of it, they charge 4€ for tap water, which you only discover on the bill

Great cafe with very tasty hand made breakfast. Appropriately priced, but not the lower price segment now. You spend more on good things. Pleasing and extra star: Corona measures and the map were all modern or digital. Exemplary! So you can do it with pleasure. I'll be back

Visited for a late breakfast and had the pancakes, the portion looked small but it was sufficiently filling. Service was great, it was quite crowded so couldn't get a table outside but that was expected for an afternoon over the weekend. They also had good coffee and great Shakshuka.

Great vegetarian place! We loved the food and coffee. They can make any version of a normal coffee into a ice coffee <3 The staff is very friendly and nice. We got the Mazel Tov and the pancakes <3 <3
